When Hector first came over to look at our yard we only had a rough idea of what we wanted. With his ideas and suggestions we now have a beautiful patio, stunning water feature and much needed paths on the side of our house and driveway. They even installed lights in the retaining walls and an irrigation drip line for future planting. The initial subcontractor work suffered from suboptimal craftsmanship and inadequate supervision, resulting in functional issues—particularly with drainage—as well as aesthetic shortcomings that didn't align with our vision. I recently hired Eli’s Pavers & Patios ( they have a showroom in Tacoma Mall) to a fairly extensive paver and turf project in my backyard. I will say that I was extremely pleased with the professional execution of the project. From start to finish they put a lot of attention to detail in the work they performed. Two guys (Jorge) and one other guy did the majority of the work. Both of them were diligent in making sure everything was done correctly and not trying to meet time deadlines. Overall I would recommend this company for any project you are thinking of having done.

Last spring we met with 3 companies specializing in paver projects and retaining walls. Ours was a big project involving cutting into a small hill on one side and flattening out another area on another side of our property. We also wanted a patio made with pavers, surrounded by retaining walls and stairs down to our back yard. We wanted some lighting to be done one these walls. We wanted a perimeter wall to be done all around our property so that the yard could be leveled as it sloped. We also wanted a new entry porch complete with lights on the stairs. Eli’s Pavers was our number one choice because we knew exactly what each thing cost and we understood from Hector Garcia how the project would be done. We were confident that he understood our vision and he was good at walking us through what would happen and when it needed to be done. The project was so well thought out that we did not have any change orders over the 11 weeks that it took for all the things to be done. All the crews sent to us were very nice and worked hard even in the summer heat. When we had concerns, Hector addressed them right away. We can’t say enough about how much we appreciated Hector and the men employed by Eli’s Pavers. We are thrilled with the fabulous job they did and would recommend them to anyone contemplating updating or creating an outdoor living space!

We just had Eli’s Pavers complete a 30' walkway and a custom circular planter box (12'x5') at our home in Olympia, and the results are stunning. This is the second time we’ve used them because their work is so reliable.Hector was fantastic to work with; he took my initial ideas and developed a fabulous design plan. Eli’s Paver Patios did a fantastic job putting in a new beautiful paver patio for us!! Hector came to our house to help us design our patio and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the complete job. He was very professional and always available for questions during the project. The crews broke up and totally removed an extra thick old ugly cement patio. They did all of the layout and underlay/foundation work (i.e. excavating, leveling; putting down landscape fabric, crushed rock, and sand, and compacting, etc.) Then they put down a beautifully designed pattern of pavers and steps., resulting in a patio on which we’ll be spending lots of time. They left everything clean and tidy. It was a seamless project from beginning to end and the crews worked extremely hard to provide a beautiful end product.

When I contacted Eli's Paver Patios, I had a vague idea for making my existing fire pit area nicer, but I wasn't locked into a specific plan. What I knew for certain is that the site was difficult, with the only access being 10 stairs from the road, then 21 stairs to the lawn level. Hector's experience and enthusiasm were essential to the plan that developed. The job was labor-intensive, as all work had to be done manually -- sod was dug up, loaded into 5-gallon buckets, then carried to the dump truck. And the pavers had to be carried down the two flights of stairs. Fernando and his crew gave 100%, and despite heavy rain that made it impossible to work for a day or two, the project was completed in a week and a half. I could not be happier with the outcome!

This was the most painless remodeling we've ever had done. Wow: start to finish, Hector was there with answers and information, and the workers were astounding in what they got done each day. The shape was exactly how we wanted it, and they were super careful to not damage the grass, which I really appreciate.Here are some before and after pics... now I want to replace those planters with ones by Eli's!The "after" photos still had a little more sand to fill the pavers, so if you see that, know they came back the next day and filled. I was just so excited to take a pic that day!I want to give kudos to the subcontractors who did the actual work, Valpafer, so very skilled, extremely hard-working, efficient, and completed everything above and beyond our expectations, including saving and stacking a bunch of heavy pavers (not the one's shown, these were on the side of the house) that we'll use for another small project.I asked Hector why the worker's truck and trailer said, "Valpafer" on them and he explained they are former employees of Eli's who have gone out on their own, and Eli's is supportive of all their craftsmen who do this — if they prove to be just as good and professional as they were when employed by Eli's. So, that's a win-win-win for everyone.I also like the 25-year guarantee.

I entered the Olympia mall location because my 4 year old was amazing by the store filled with landscape decor and a little putting green that was quite enticing. I was greeted with a friendly voice and face when asked what I was looking for. I stated my son thought the store was really cool and wanted to look. That was perfectly accepted and I was even allowed to use a bench to nurse my five month old after I inquired if I could due to how loud and crowded my other options were. My kids and I felt safe here. Although I did not need to purchase anything they offered I was still welcomed with open arms. Thank you Eli's Paver Patios! We had a wonderful experience with Eli’s Paver Patios. We found Eli’s at the Kitsap Home and Garden show. The gentleman manning the booth was informative and kind we set up a consultation with him and 3 other companies. If the 4, Eli’s was the only company that stuck to their consult time. Hector came out for the consultation and was knowledgeable about the pavers and gave us some great design tips. He also brought back samples of the pavers we were thinking of using, and after seeing it laid out we were sold on the elegant look of it. A couple weeks later, the project started and it went SO quickly. Within a week our old patio was torn down and beautiful pavers were installed. We also purchased a pergola (from Lowe’s) and we were able to add in the labor of assembly and install to our contract (added before work started). Our backyard is beautiful and comfortable. Working with Eli’s Paver Patios and Hector was a great experience and we will definitely work with them again as we continue to update our house. Thank you!

We found Eli’s Paver Patios while looking for a contractor to replace our failing retaining wall. The reviews and pictures of their work all seemed to be too good to be true, but they weren’t. From our first meeting and estimate with Zac to the completion of the project, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Not only were we able to replace the retaining wall, but we were able to add a beautiful paver apron in front of the garage and a walkway to the backyard for about the same as the other retaining wallestimates.They were able to schedule the job much quicker than we anticipated, and it was amazing to watch the process and results. I just completed my 3rd major project with Eli’s and they delivered again. One of my favorite things about this company is the fact that the original Salesman (Zach) sees the project through to completion. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I am already thinking about my next project with them!

From start to finish, the service provided by Eli's Paver Patios was outstanding. The crew was professional, accommodating, and efficient. We had a new walkway, a new lawn and a small retaining wall placed to make level, a part of our yard, in what had been a difficult narrow pathway. Hector, our go to person, was there to make sure that the project was done to our satisfaction from the start to the final details.

Hector came out to our site, where a planter wall, erected by another company, 6 years ago, failed.Hector carefully listened to what we were needing, and he went through:- process to remove what we had originally- save the plants from the old planter- several solutions / options in type of paver and cap and color- replant the saved plants with new soil.2 other companies came out also to look at the project, but Hector took the time to explain things better to us.The ELI PAVERS crew, got here each day early, worked hard, and cleaned up daily.They also carefully repainted the plants, and our job looks amazing……workmanship and attention to detail was EXCELLENT.I would recommend anyone interested in doing any paver work or retaining wall work to give Eli Pavers a call.

Eli Pavers put in an extended paver patio for us. From startup to finish they were professional and very easy to work with. Their crew worked quickly and did a fantastic job finishing the project in about a week (big job). The end result exceeded our expectations (not easy to do). The guys were prompt and listened to my concern for nearby plants close to where they worked. The finished walkway is beautiful and Hector suggested a longer ramp and it was the perfect suggestion. Eli’s Paver Patios is the absolute best!! We have used them twice….first, for the upgrade to our backyard deck & barbecue area…and…a year later to create a new lighted entry for our house. In each project, Zac & his team helped with the design, paver selection, decorative lay-out, lighting, final sealing, and close coordination with contractors on other aspects of the overall project. Everyone at Eli’s listened to us and offered suggestions to improve our project objectives. They were organized, prompt, courteous and fun to have around during these projects. Lastly, a shout out for their work ethic…..they were on time every day and cleaned up every night……in some of the most horrendous rainy & windy weather. You will be happy by choosing Eli’s for your project…..and no, we’re not related to anybody at Eli’s.

Eli's Pavers landscaped our whole back yard and side yard. They prepared and layed the 24x24 tiles into a beautiful large patio, planted our ten trees, layed a drip irrigation system and put in gravel pathways. The result is a wonderful, low maintenance contemporary outdoor great room where we will happily entertain large groups or just relax. Hector helped us to draw-up the project and was on site with regularity to oversee a quality installation. The workers were both skilled, well equipped and very hard working, and they cleaned up everyday. If you want quality work, that will satisfy for years to come check out Eli's. Last but not least, they give you a 15 year warranty. They stand behind their work......who else does that?

We are very pleased with the patio in our backyard done by Eli’s Paver Patios. Together we put together a design and choice of materials that we think is terrific. Although the noise of cutting stones was really strong for several days, we are happy with the results. We couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful patio and sitting wall Eli's Pavers installed, and their suggestion for adding decorative panels was a great improvement aesthetically. It was such a pleasure dealing with Hector and how fantastic he was in communicating with us. Thanks to Zack for his input - we love the capstones. Maciel and the others were over the top in workmanship and it was obvious that they all had pride in their craftsmanship - these guys know how to do it right for the long term. We're very picky about quality and I give them high praise and gladly 5 stars - they are THE BEST for this kind of project. One more thing - amazingly the company owner of Eli's Pavers jumped in when needed and did our sealant job because his sealant guy was unavailable and it needed to be done that day because of the no rain forecast - how awesome is that!!

I have had my pavers, walkway and patio area, for about 5 years. I wanted them cleaned, and sealed. I got the type of sand/mortar that hardens like cement. It made SUCH a difference it looks great!!! Everyone was easy to work with. However, Sean and Candace were especially good...friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Sean came and did some touch up without any push back. They truly want their customers to be happy with ALL aspects of the finished product. They take pride in their work...which is VERY refreshing and hard to find these days. 👍💯

Eli's did 2 wonderful jobs for us. First in December 2021 they lined both sides of our newer 250+ foot long asphalt driveway. They excavated and leveled the ground along the sides of the driveway. They laid a ground cover and gravel, they cut just enough asphalt to lay the blocks evenly. The crew worked through some challenging weather for 4 days, and was so very cooperative and helpful. They were more than happy to answer all of our questions. After laying the blocks they finished by putting down a layer of topsoil. Since the driveway project has been completed, several neighbors stopped by to comment on how nice the driveway looks. We couldn't be happier.The second job was completed the 3rd week of February. We asked them to do that project during anytime than January. The weather was a bit more cooperative than in December. The project is a curving paver path that goes from the back of our stamped concrete patio to our Gazebo. The crew worked on our path for another 4 days. They answered all of our questions. As is the driveway project, our paver the path is stunning. We couldn't be happier and do highly recommend them.

If you’re looking for a top notch paver patio and want it done right, I would strongly recommend Eli’s Paver Patios. We had a substantial patio and walkway installed on a unique site and Eli’s took the time to hear our concerns about slope, drainage, etc. and worked to make sure they were adequately addressed from the beginning and again at the end.
