The whole team was wonderful,respectful,and very hard working. The end result was even better than I could imagine.Before we only had dirt that would cover the dogs when they had the zoomies. Highly recommend Eli’s. Hector is the face of the business. He and his crew are awesome, easy to work with, and they get the job done when they say they will. I have the utmost confidence and trust in Eli’s. We will be using them later this year to do another project.Attached is a video of the retaining wall they did for us. Hector had to deal with us and our neighbor as we were splitting the cost. That makes things more complicated and Hector handled it wonderfully. This was well over a year ago. I didn’t want to post a review until I saw how the work held up.

We replaced our aging deck with beautiful pavers from Eli’s Paver Patios. Eli’s removed our deck in one day. Then created a retaining wall to hold the backfill rock, so we didn’t need steps to walk out onto our new beautiful patio area. Our backyard is not accessible by vehicle, so all the backfill and paver stones were delivered to the new patio site one wheelbarrow at a time! Eli’s crew was amazing and hardworking, but we especially enjoyed working with Ron James who helped us with our vision, and oversaw the project from start to finish. We couldn’t be more happy with the end result!

We had Eli’s Pavers redo our driveway and courtyard — about 1,200 sq. ft. of new pavers, plus a decorative accent border around the perimeter. Our site was tricky because there wasn’t much natural slope, so we paid close attention to how they’d handle drainage. Zac and his crew recommended stainless steel slot drains, which solved a drainage problem we’d had for the past 25 years. The crew was professional throughout, and like any construction project, there were some surprises once the old pavers came up — they handled those professionally as well. Overall, a job well done.

We had a great experience with Eli’s Pavers from start to finish. Jared was our sales rep and project manager and was always easy to get ahold of. There were even several times I reached out later in the evening not expecting a response until the next day, and he got right back to me.Cavin and his crew were great as well. They worked hard, were courteous, clean, and efficient, but also took the time to do the job right. I was especially impressed with how much time they spent on the ground prep and base work to make sure we wouldn’t have issues with the pavers down the road.They kept everything clean throughout the project and actually left the area where all the materials had been delivered looking better than it did before they started. Eli Pavers is one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. Hector, our designer, saw our slopping, muddy backyard and turned it into an oasis that I love walking barefoot by installing paver paths, double-tier retaining walls with precision and care. They plan out and understand exactly what needs to be done. The top of the retaining walls capped with pavers have 3’ and 4’ wide level planting areas. All planting areas throughout the backyard have a drip system. They always have a good attitude, no arguing, no smoking, no loud music, just constant professionalism and they smile a lot.They installed a beautiful multi-tier fence that is 6’ then drops 2’ to accommodate the drop in the property and then drops to 4’ at the back of the property so we can still have our beautiful view.They created 20’ x 24’ paver patio with a 12’x16’ gazebo. On both sides of the patio are manageable areas of grass. This coming fall they will be installing a sprinkler system for the grass areas. My husband initially said he did not want sprinklers until he had to hand water. The areas are easy to mow because of their size but also because Eli’s installed a line of pavers along the fence and the top tier planting areas. The wheels of the mower sit right on these pavers, so my husband does not struggle at the fence and the dirt with the mower.There are stairs made from pavers with a custom railing leading down to the lower level of the yard. That second-tier wall has the 4’ planting area on top of that wall. A hot tub was installed on this lower level with a 3-tier deck built completely around it adds extra seating. There is a custom railing for the decking being built to match the railing at the stairs. Also, there is a 12’ round paver patio for our 49” firepit. The firepit is hooked up to our propane tank. The entire lower-level area is covered with soft artificial turf.

We recently decided to add on to our existing paver patio which was also constructed by Eli’s several years ago. Hector was our project manager. When we had our consultation meeting with Hector, we shared our vision and his suggestions were very welcome improvements. The installer was Ryder and he and his crewmate were amazing. They had to remove a small tree and excavate the site, all of which was done by hand in a day. The paver installation involved a lot of curved precision cuts. All beautifully done. The installation crew cleaned up daily and worked until dark. Communication, clarification, and follow up after completion were excellent. The team was also excellent in working around lawn, shrubs, and water systems. We spend a lot of time out on our patio throughout the year with the majority in late spring, summer, and early fall. After getting multiple bids for some landscaping projects, we chose to go with El’s Patios and Pavers. And we couldn’t be happier! The terraced retaining walls look amazing and the paver area/walkway on the other side of our house is great! We also had some repair work done to a paver patio (originally done several years ago by another company) and the Eli’s crew did an amazing job. The crew worked hard and were professional and thorough on all aspects of our job. Jared, our project manager, was great to work with. We had a couple things come up and the issues were handled quickly and efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. We would wholeheartedly recommend Eli‘s for any of your projects.

Eli’s Paver Patios is simply the best paving contractor out there! They should be your first call if you’re interested in a new walkway, driveway, retaining wall, etc.. Please look at their website for beautiful pictures of their work and the fully satisfied customers’ reviews. That is what I did and I read to obtain Hector, who has been with the company for 11+ years (since the beginning). When he comes to your house, he will listen to your vision. Hector is absolutely the best in the business because he is knowledgeable in all aspect of this company, courteous, efficient, and just plain awesome! He took measurements and we put down a deposit to get placed on their calendar. When they give you the date, they are there at 8:00 am each day. The three men, who worked on our pathway, were so hard working, meticulous in their work and true professionals. Their names were Fabio, Sam and Fernando. If you get that team, you’re lucky because they had to remove the dirt first in order to put down 4” of crushed gravel, washed sand and all the cut pavers. Hallelujah! Our walkway was completed in 3 days and it’s perfect! We live on a slight hill which meant hauling dirt, gravel, paving stones, and all tools up and down all day long. It’s unbelievable the amount of work that goes into a walkway. It ran like clockwork and Eli’s Pavers runs a tight ship. You will not be disappointed. This is the BEST contracting service to come to our house in 26 years! Thank you so much! If we have another project, I am calling Eli’s Paver Patios and have Hector, Fabio, Sam, and Fernando come again. I have never seen such hard workers throughout the day- they worked non-stop. Cleaned up each day, too. Absolutely awesome and perfect in our book. Thanks again.

We verified contractor registration status, workers’ comp coverage for workers, and workplace safety inspection history including Dept of Revenue good standing on the State’s Verify Contractor feature on the L&I website. Hector was assigned the project manager. After meeting him at the bid solicitation stage, he was a major factor in our decision. When Hector first came over to look at our yard we only had a rough idea of what we wanted. With his ideas and suggestions we now have a beautiful patio, stunning water feature and much needed paths on the side of our house and driveway. They even installed lights in the retaining walls and an irrigation drip line for future planting. I highly recommend them for their exceptional craftsmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction.To be honest, the project got off to a rough start and caused us considerable stress and anxiety. The initial subcontractor work suffered from suboptimal craftsmanship and inadequate supervision, resulting in functional issues—particularly with drainage—as well as aesthetic shortcomings that didn't align with our vision. There were also some tense and discouraging moments during that phase.Thankfully, before we needed to escalate our concerns, Eli's Paver Patios reached out proactively. Zac, the General Manager, personally came to meet us and inspect the work. I approached the meeting with low expectations, but I was genuinely impressed: he listened attentively to every detail without defensiveness, openly acknowledged what had gone wrong, and focused solely on practical, effective solutions. He remained fair, customer-focused, and deeply committed to making things right.Zac presented options with thoughtful recommendations and actively involved us in every decision without pressure. Where does one start when a job is so amazing you cannot describe it to its fullest. What started out as a small area around a fire pit turned into an amazing front welcoming entrance. I recently hired Eli’s Pavers & Patios ( they have a showroom in Tacoma Mall) to a fairly extensive paver and turf project in my backyard. I will say that I was extremely pleased with the professional execution of the project. From start to finish they put a lot of attention to detail in the work they performed. Two guys (Jorge) and one other guy did the majority of the work. Both of them were diligent in making sure everything was done correctly and not trying to meet time deadlines. Overall I would recommend this company for any project you are thinking of having done.

Last spring we met with 3 companies specializing in paver projects and retaining walls. Ours was a big project involving cutting into a small hill on one side and flattening out another area on another side of our property. We also wanted a patio made with pavers, surrounded by retaining walls and stairs down to our back yard. We wanted some lighting to be done one these walls. We wanted a perimeter wall to be done all around our property so that the yard could be leveled as it sloped. We also wanted a new entry porch complete with lights on the stairs. Eli’s Pavers was our number one choice because we knew exactly what each thing cost and we understood from Hector Garcia how the project would be done. We were confident that he understood our vision and he was good at walking us through what would happen and when it needed to be done. The project was so well thought out that we did not have any change orders over the 11 weeks that it took for all the things to be done. All the crews sent to us were very nice and worked hard even in the summer heat. When we had concerns, Hector addressed them right away. We can’t say enough about how much we appreciated Hector and the men employed by Eli’s Pavers. We are thrilled with the fabulous job they did and would recommend them to anyone contemplating updating or creating an outdoor living space!

We just had Eli’s Pavers complete a 30' walkway and a custom circular planter box (12'x5') at our home in Olympia, and the results are stunning. This is the second time we’ve used them because their work is so reliable.Hector was fantastic to work with; he took my initial ideas and developed a fabulous design plan. He even included seating caps on the 22" high planter so I can sit while I garden!A few things that stood out:• Quality Foundation: They didn't skip steps, excavating for 4" of crushed gravel and using a compactor.• Precision: The crew was meticulous with the paver laying—the lines are perfectly precise.• Communication: Hector and the crew kept me in the loop the entire time.The end result is so gorgeous that we’ve already hired them for an additional pathway project next week. Eli’s Paver Patios did a fantastic job putting in a new beautiful paver patio for us!! Hector came to our house to help us design our patio and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the complete job. He was very professional and always available for questions during the project. The crews broke up and totally removed an extra thick old ugly cement patio. They did all of the layout and underlay/foundation work (i.e. excavating, leveling; putting down landscape fabric, crushed rock, and sand, and compacting, etc.) Then they put down a beautifully designed pattern of pavers and steps., resulting in a patio on which we’ll be spending lots of time. They left everything clean and tidy. It was a seamless project from beginning to end and the crews worked extremely hard to provide a beautiful end product.

When I contacted Eli's Paver Patios, I had a vague idea for making my existing fire pit area nicer, but I wasn't locked into a specific plan. What I knew for certain is that the site was difficult, with the only access being 10 stairs from the road, then 21 stairs to the lawn level. Hector's experience and enthusiasm were essential to the plan that developed. The job was labor-intensive, as all work had to be done manually -- sod was dug up, loaded into 5-gallon buckets, then carried to the dump truck. And the pavers had to be carried down the two flights of stairs. Fernando and his crew gave 100%, and despite heavy rain that made it impossible to work for a day or two, the project was completed in a week and a half. I could not be happier with the outcome!

This was the most painless remodeling we've ever had done. Wow: start to finish, Hector was there with answers and information, and the workers were astounding in what they got done each day. The shape was exactly how we wanted it, and they were super careful to not damage the grass, which I really appreciate.Here are some before and after pics... now I want to replace those planters with ones by Eli's!The "after" photos still had a little more sand to fill the pavers, so if you see that, know they came back the next day and filled. I was just so excited to take a pic that day!I want to give kudos to the subcontractors who did the actual work, Valpafer, so very skilled, extremely hard-working, efficient, and completed everything above and beyond our expectations, including saving and stacking a bunch of heavy pavers (not the one's shown, these were on the side of the house) that we'll use for another small project.I asked Hector why the worker's truck and trailer said, "Valpafer" on them and he explained they are former employees of Eli's who have gone out on their own, and Eli's is supportive of all their craftsmen who do this — if they prove to be just as good and professional as they were when employed by Eli's. So, that's a win-win-win for everyone.I also like the 25-year guarantee.

I entered the Olympia mall location because my 4 year old was amazing by the store filled with landscape decor and a little putting green that was quite enticing. I was greeted with a friendly voice and face when asked what I was looking for. I stated my son thought the store was really cool and wanted to look. That was perfectly accepted and I was even allowed to use a bench to nurse my five month old after I inquired if I could due to how loud and crowded my other options were. My kids and I felt safe here. Although I did not need to purchase anything they offered I was still welcomed with open arms. Thank you Eli's Paver Patios! We had a wonderful experience with Eli’s Paver Patios. We found Eli’s at the Kitsap Home and Garden show. The gentleman manning the booth was informative and kind we set up a consultation with him and 3 other companies. If the 4, Eli’s was the only company that stuck to their consult time. Hector came out for the consultation and was knowledgeable about the pavers and gave us some great design tips. He also brought back samples of the pavers we were thinking of using, and after seeing it laid out we were sold on the elegant look of it. A couple weeks later, the project started and it went SO quickly. Within a week our old patio was torn down and beautiful pavers were installed. We also purchased a pergola (from Lowe’s) and we were able to add in the labor of assembly and install to our contract (added before work started). Our backyard is beautiful and comfortable. Working with Eli’s Paver Patios and Hector was a great experience and we will definitely work with them again as we continue to update our house. Thank you!

We found Eli’s Paver Patios while looking for a contractor to replace our failing retaining wall. The reviews and pictures of their work all seemed to be too good to be true, but they weren’t. From our first meeting and estimate with Zac to the completion of the project, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Not only were we able to replace the retaining wall, but we were able to add a beautiful paver apron in front of the garage and a walkway to the backyard for about the same as the other retaining wallestimates.They were able to schedule the job much quicker than we anticipated, and it was amazing to watch the process and results. The crew were all great. They worked hard all day and cleaned up every evening. The design and attention to detail was amazing. The whole project came out so much better than weanticipated. Hector offered a slight design change, which added to the overall look. Hector came out to our site, where a planter wall, erected by another company, 6 years ago, failed.Hector carefully listened to what we were needing, and he went through:- process to remove what we had originally- save the plants from the old planter- several solutions / options in type of paver and cap and color- replant the saved plants with new soil.2 other companies came out also to look at the project, but Hector took the time to explain things better to us.The ELI PAVERS crew, got here each day early, worked hard, and cleaned up daily.They also carefully repainted the plants, and our job looks amazing……workmanship and attention to detail was EXCELLENT.I would recommend anyone interested in doing any paver work or retaining wall work to give Eli Pavers a call.

Eli's Pavers landscaped our whole back yard and side yard. They prepared and layed the 24x24 tiles into a beautiful large patio, planted our ten trees, layed a drip irrigation system and put in gravel pathways. The result is a wonderful, low maintenance contemporary outdoor great room where we will happily entertain large groups or just relax.
